This event brought together top gastroenterologists, leading researchers, and industry experts and there were great discussions on the latest advances in Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Inflammatory Bowel disease includes Crohn’s Disease & Ulcerative Colitis that are chronic lifelong conditions. Establishing and maintaining symptom control & remission is critical to minimize complications. IBD is an emergent disease not only in India but in several parts of the Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East with a rising incidence over the last decade. The changing socioeconomic environment and prevalent disease patterns has presented unique diagnostic dilemmas, management controversies and challenges. Key international and national experts in the field discussed, debated, and highlighted the latest concepts and consensus in the management of IBD.
